Welcome to yourbiodoc. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and documentary creation platform. By using our website, you agree to these terms.
yourbiodoc helps users create biographical documentary films about individuals they love, admire, or wish to honor. Users may submit text, photographs, videos, audio, and related materials. Our service may use AI-assisted tools to help structure, narrate, enhance, or fill gaps in the documentary process.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are using the service on behalf of another person or family, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including photos, videos, audio, documents, and written stories. By uploading content, you grant yourbiodoc a limited license to use, process, store, reproduce, edit, and transform the content solely for the purpose of providing the documentary creation service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use the content, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that it does not violate applicable law.
yourbiodoc may use AI tools to help generate narration drafts, missing visual material, structured documentary plans, and other creative support. AI assists the process; the final output depends on the quality and accuracy of the material you provide.
Certain services require payment before production begins. Prices, inclusions, correction rounds, and generation allowances are presented at checkout.
Users may purchase documentary experiences for others. Gift purchases include a private access link and may include an email invitation sent to the recipient. The purchaser is responsible for entering correct recipient details.
Certain plans include a limited number of correction rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included number may require extra payment.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the selected plan, completeness of uploaded content, and requested revisions. We do not guarantee delivery within a fixed number of hours or days unless explicitly stated.
The platform design, software, workflows, and branding of yourbiodoc remain the property of yourbiodoc. User-submitted content remains owned by the user or rightful owner.
You may not use the platform to upload unlawful or harmful content, infringe another person’s copyright, privacy, or publicity rights, impersonate someone else, or abuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, yourbiodoc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if misuse of the platform is detected.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
